ISL3260x Series Features Low Quiescent Current and Minimal Shutdown Supply Current Milpitas, CA – July 12, 2012 – Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ Global Select: ISIL) today introduced the industry’s first RS-485 transceivers that can operate from supply voltages as low as 1.8V, eliminating the need for a 3.3V or 5V power supply.
